Software updates for select PhoneTree systems
Choose your product to view current downloads:
· PhoneTree Client (Full Install)
For Phonetree 2500/3500 users who may have experienced installation-related
problems with their Phonetree Client utility. This setup has been modified
to correct these issues and should be used in place of the Phonetree Client
setup found on your PhoneTree CD.

This patch fixes an error in version 6 that says “DoCallsLoad Error 35601.”

· PhoneTree® Recording Utility
A stand-alone program allowing you to record messages for use with your PhoneTree® USB without having the PhoneTree® software running. NOTE: Works with USB models only.

· PhoneBase Win95/98/2000/ME/XP for PhoneTree Plus
Use PhoneBase for Microsoft® Windows® 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, and Windows XP to
transfer lists and recorded messages between your PC and PhoneTree® Plus. This
free program is useful if you want to
try out the program before buying, or if your original disks that came with your
PhoneTree have become misplaced.
Once downloaded, double-click on the file "PBaseWinDemo.exe" to unzip
and install. Doing this will create a folder on your "C" drive called "PBaseWinDemoInstall." This
folder now contains the entire contents of the CD that shipped with the product.
Double-click on the file "Setup.exe" to create a folder called "PBASEwin20" in
the "Program Files" folder on your "C" drive. Once this is
complete, you may delete the folder "PBaseWinDemoInstall," or share
the software with someone you know who is interested in PhoneTree® telephone
messaging.

USB Bulk Drivers
Hardware drivers for select PhoneTree systems
The Bulk Drivers are provided to resolve certain issues that your PhoneTree USB system may be experiencing. If you are not experiencing any problems, please do not install any of these drivers.
