PhoneTree Minimum System Requirements

PhoneTree requires a minimum set of requirements from your computer in order to work correctly. If your PC has fewer than these requirements, your PhoneTree system may not complete certain tasks well. If you're not sure PhoneTree will work with your computer, just call 800.951.8733 between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, EST or e-mail us and we will be happy to provide any information that might be of assistance.

Minimum System Requirements (hardware-based models):
All hardware-based systems include PhoneTree hardware, software, headset microphone and all cables. The following requirements are for PhoneTree systems containing up to 4 lines. For PhoneTree systems larger than 4 lines, contact us for recommended system requirements.

1.4GHz or faster processor (32-bit or 64-bit)
Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista or Windows 7
1GB of RAM (2GB for Windows 7 64-bit)
5GB of hard-disk space
CD-ROM Drive
1024x768 or higher resolution monitor

USB port, minimum 1 USB port for each PhoneTree unit*

Analog phone jack for each PhoneTree line card
High-speed Internet access (for remote installation and PhoneTree OnDemand**)

Minimum System Requirements (Hosted Services models):
All Hosted Services systems include PhoneTree software and headset microphone.

Sound Card

High-speed Internet access (for remote installation and connecting to PhoneTree's servers**)

Please Note: PhoneTree is designed to allow operation in the background however, we cannot guarantee compatibility or problem-free operation with other programs.

*A maximum of 12 line cards per host controller card. If all of your USB ports are in use, you may need to purchase a true dual (or quad) host controller card to provide additional ports.
**PhoneTree uses secure 128-bit SSL encryption when sending and receiving data from our servers.
