I bought your product a decade ago, and the usual answer I get on tech questions on something newer than that is to buy something new and start over. That your company so well supports its product is impressive. Bob called me back three times. I never had to wait for his help, and he solved my problem. He was courteous, gentlemanly, and very competent. He understood the problem, and offered suggestions until something worked, and our problem is solved. You and Bob do a great job! The PhoneTree Staff: Friendliest Ever!

In the time we've had our PhoneTree system, since June of 2003, I've had the opportunity to talk with Craig several times. He is always extremely courteous and unfailingly helpful in resolving any issues or concerns we have. As a matter of fact, I've found all of the staff at PhoneTree to be courteous and responsive. When we first went live with the product, there were several issues to be resolved, and I spoke with Ranada a number of times. She also impressed me with her courteous response and friendly manner. To sum it up, you have an excellent and very helpful product, as well as a very nice group of people. It speaks well for your company, and the great service you offer. Thanks for all of your help.
